Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development:
The primary focus will be the development and execution of business development strategy which includes:
- Identify and develop relationships with key government & private sector influencers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in line with the Health product & service offering.
- Improved market presence and a brand in Health & Hospital management services within private sector.
- Maintain a repository of Company products and services.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products related to healthcare and hospital sector. Create a positive environment for collaborations and consortium formations.
- Monitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunities.
- Develop and managing a sales funnel of active opportunities.
- Attend conferences and forums to increase the reach of the organization within key networks.
- To contribute in the development of tender submissions or proposals relating to active opportunities.
Major responsibilities include:
- Opportunity assessment and business case development.
- Client liaison and communication throughout a tender process.
- Assisting with the formulation of tender submissions.
