Duties & Responsibilities :  - Finalization of Accounts, preparation of trial balance, profit & loss accounts & Balance sheet as per the IFRS reporting system.  - Plans, Organizes, Maintains & implements all aspects of Accounting Transaction.  - Supervises, trains and evaluates accounting team in supporting functions.  - Direct, co-ordinate and review work plans for the department, assign activities, monitor work flow & review.  - Co-ordinate with external auditors to ensure timely audit of accounts and issue of audited financial statements and reports.  - Ensures all functions and program are performed within established budgetary parameters, monitoring revenues and expenditures in day to day operation.  - Prepares financial documentation regarding accounting activities, i.e. Weekly, Monthly and annual reports.  - Maintain a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.  - Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.  - Analyzing complex financial reports and records.  - Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team  - Maintain & reconcile the bank credit facilities from time to time.  - Participating in Budget process & setting control measures.   - Planning & organizing for the effective utilization of resources like inventory, Assets & Receivable.  Educational Qualification: CA/ MBA
