- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Should be driven and mature enough to support senior level relationships
- Product and market knowledge
- Extensively networked
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving AUM and sales targets and increasing the Market Share.
- Market expansion by creating new strategic alliances & activating channels
- Liaise with Product Teams of ND’s for getting products approved & campaign roll outs.
- Responsible for effectively managing existing and new business relationships at zonal and national levels.
- Manages Tie-ups at regional and national levels.
- Organizes regular events, campaigns and contests.
- Designing and implementation of competitive commission slabs for the segment.
- Effective communications on tie-ups /deals with branches for follow up.
- Effective communication and timely payments to partners
