Assistant Manager

Securifi Background :

- We at Securifi are working on defining the next generation consumer routers and home automation products. We are a team of experienced engineers focused on developing innovative consumer electronics products.

- Our first product, Almond, is the world's first WiFi router with a touch screen. Its user interface represents a quantum leap over the existing routers. It also has natural design that's not only elegant but also highly functional. It does all this without burning a hole in the consumers pockets.

- Our goal is to create premium products and make them available at non-premium prices.

Experience and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance

- CA / CPA with 2 to 3 years experience in accounting, auditing and finance functions

- Prior Experience in high growth start-up's or Big 4 is preferred but not necessary

- Experience in setting up financial processes and controls, quarterly financial closure, setting up and managing ERP will be

Job description :

Financial Accounting and controls :

- Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for production of financial statements

- Reconcile, analyze and review general ledger accounts in preparation for quarterly closures

- Prepare journal entries, review accounting classifications in accordance with GAAP

- Prepare documentation in support of internal and external audits

- Assist in the ERP implementation process and setting up financial controls in the company

- Ensure accuracy of data in the internal MIS and internal data systems of the company

- Manage financial operations across multiple international subsidiaries. Work across multiple compliance and tax regimes.

- Ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures. Implement policies, procedures, processes and systems to provide a wide range of financial and operational information. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.

Customer order management :

- Coordinate with business development team for timely collection of receivables

- Analyze, verify and process credit notes to various retailers and distributors of the company

- Coordinate with business development team to manage customer purchase order- s, pro forma invoices, shipping invoices and delivery of goods

Financial planning and analysis :

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of business plans, financial models and budgets

- Assist the management in preparing for fund raising activities

- Review and finalize commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements etc.
