SecureNow - Partner - Business Development (5-10 yrs)

Partner - Business Development- will forge commercial partnerships to tap niche customer segments to deliver protection focused insurance services. Potential partners would be affinity groups or non-insurance firms with captive clients in specific segments. Key proposition for partners, aside from monetary benefit, is driven by either tapping a latent need of its clients or strengthening existing relationships through provision of high-quality allied services.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

- Responsible for the overall development and execution of the - BD through Alliances- Strategy, leading the process from inception through to the signing of new partnerships.

- Identify, solicit, prospect and secure new business relationships, generating new income for Company to an agreed annual target.

- Drive identification of special products relevant to the affinity or customer segment

- Actively manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiations, closing and handover to the Sales team.

- Lead and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any other documentation following Company procedures.

- Create compelling profit objectives and maximize cross-selling opportunities by keeping up-to-date with the new product developments and enhancements. This includes conducting revenue analysis of current business partners, of the channel.

- Develop overall BD strategic action plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets including market intelligence, business segmentation, competitor analysis and customizing our value

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:

- Post-graduate degree with ideally 5 years of work experience preferably in leading private sectors

- A good understanding and knowledge of Building Institutional Relationships would be an added advantage

Compensation range : 12 LPA to 25 LPA
