Looking for a Sector Head HR for one of the fertilizer Company based out in Taloja.
Position/Designation: Sector Head HR
Salary offered: 10 - 16 LPA
Functional Area: Human Resource & IR

Education Background: MBA (HR)
Key Responsibilities:
- To Assist and provide strong HR and Administrative support to Unit HR for smooth execution of HR and IR policies, processes at K1 for timely and effective utilisation.
- To ensure implementation and follow up of Talent Review process, ensuring timely completion of PMS
- To ensure implementation of Employee Connect calendar, taking feedback, making action plan
- Responsible for effective implementation of TQM, 5S, IMS Systems of the department
- To prepare various MIS
- The role is also responsible to coordinate with plant people to maintain Harmonious Employee relations.
