Search Consultant - Work From Home

We are looking for women wanting to come back to work or those currently needing to find an opportunity that allows them to work from home. Please note this is not a part time role and requires full dedication and focus but allows you to work remotely.

The role is of a Search Consultant and you must fit the following to fit the bill :

- Strong understanding of recruitment (headhunting and mapping)

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical skills to really understand the role

- A research oriented mind set to think creatively

- Excellent at finding passive talent

- Excellent knowledge of using Social media for recruitment

- Ability to engage with senior level talent

- If you are a recruiter whose life begins and ends with job boards then don't even bother to apply as we use job boards as a last resort and you won't fit in our philosophy.

- You must be based in Delhi NCR and have the ability to meet with other team members on a regular basis and also come for client meetings (twice a week). The rest of the time you can work from home.

Must have :

- MBA preferably in HR from a good college and at least 3-4 years of recruiting experience.

- This is a day job and requires minimum 6 hours of commitment a day plus ability to take calls in the evening.
