IT Recruiter  Location: Hyderabad/Delhi  Experience: 5 to 8 Years  Job Details:  - The job holder will have a successful track record of resourcing at organisational level.  - Drive the hiring process and ensure open positions are filled within very tight timeline.   - Internal and external candidate sourcing utilising a range of recruitment channels including networking, referrals, linked-in, job boards and recruitment agencies.  - Experience across a range of functional areas including ERP technology.  - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the job requirements and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.  - Creating sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry.   Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies.   - Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests.  - Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.   - Maintain accurate and well-ordered Hiring Sheet on all requirements, candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities.   - Foster teamwork to maximize workplace efficiencies, quality initiatives and customer satisfaction.  - Previous experience of using an ATS system etc would be preferred.  Competencies:  - Highly articulate because of the need to communicate within the wider HR team and the business on progress, changes and issues.  - Highly organised and able to handle a high volume of vacancy requirements  - Demonstrates leadership and influencing skills, works collaboratively with others to accomplish objectives.  - Communicates clearly and persuasively, has good listening and understanding skills.  - Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
