Experience, Qualification and Skills:
- MBA (IIM and ISB) with 10+ years of experience
- Strong track record of delivery on Technology / Business projects
- Strong influence and change management skills
- Experience with analysis methodologies (service models, financial models, data flow diagrams, work & process flow diagrams)
- Ability to translates business needs into actionable and measurable outcomes
- Experience in Financial Services area is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong ability to align business needs into system and technology alternatives
- Ability to motivate and lead others
- Experience with Analysis methodologies
