Job Description:  - This role will lead a team of SET (Software Engineer in Test) to design, create and code tests concurrently with product development. The leader is expected to be oriented and focused on the betterment of the people, process, and be capable of handling multiple projects.  - You build tools that help developers be more productive, write better code and test it themselves, constantly.  - Troubleshooting is a step too late in the game, we trouble-forecast  - With your extensive technical expertise and judgement, you and your team are an integrated part of the software development team and define, document, analyze, perform, and automate tests, scale and performance for products. You identify functional, stress, longevity and systemic problems and come up with creative resolutions.  Responsibilities:  - Lead and build a culture of innovation, automation and pushing the boundaries in velocity and reliable coding within the ecosystem.  - Design, build and deliver intelligent systems that enable high quality releases at accelerated pace.  - Invent and extend methodologies for validation of scalable production systems.  - Lead complex projects from test planning to production launch  - Influence product design and architecture to achieve testability and effective implementation goals.  - Able to evaluate tools objectively.   - Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers as they examine validate and test large-scale cloud services.  Preferred Experience:  - Executed and managed Large Distributed systems.  - Worked upon variety of open source tools ranging from functional, adverse scenario, stress, longevity,security and performance testing.  - Design, contribute and deliver framework developments.  - Hands on with few framework, debugging tools is desirable  Minimum Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 10 years relevant work experience).  Preferred Qualifications:  - Master's degree in Computer Science or Electronic and Telecommunication.  Please Note:We are looking for candidates from Product based companies only, candidates who have managed a team of 5 and above and have extensively done SDET work (design and development of automation frameworks and test tools- preferably on java and selenium).
