Position : Inside Sales

Geography : 1- for APAC( 07:00 AM to 3:30 PM), 1- for US (05:00 PM to 1:30 AM)

Experience : 3 to 8 Years (experience in selling software)

Job description :

- Call leads, engage them and sell the service (Yes, our service is sold on phone. The modes of communication with the client are email, call (phone and skype)

- Manage Customer Relationship throughout the life-cycle from Pre-Sales, to taking Orders, and Service Delivery. Coordinating with internal support engineers to deliver the product and it's customizations.

- Assist leads with their technical queries (usually before buying and some hand-holding post the selling)

- Provide inputs to the Product Manager for setting Sales Targets. Creates KPI's

- Commit and deliver on a quarterly Sales Quota (We spend a lot of energy and bucks on Marketing to create these leads, so Quotas will be there but don- t worry quite a few of these are hot opportunities initiated by the Lead himself).

Skills Required :

- Excellent 'Business Communication' Skills are required (Spoken, Written as well as email) - Upto a level, where you can converse and convince English speaking Customers (in US, UK and other countries)

- Familiarity with Internet, Web and other softwares - MS Office, etc.

Preferred Skills : Online Software - SaaS, Social media, eCommerce Sites, etc.

Work Experience Desired :

- At least 3 years experience selling Online, Software or SaaS

- Some experience in calling to international customers is required (May be in Lead Generation and not direct selling)
