Position-Executive--SCM trading/imports

Responsible for-

- Plan Traded Goods as per Sales Orders (Industry and Distribution business)

- Place Purchase Orders and Get order confirmations from Suppliers. Provide OC to Sales Engineers

- Follow up with Vendors for to meet Customer Requirements

- Maintain Inventory levels to achieve Day on Hand Target

- Achieve Delivery Reliability for Suppliers as per Target

- Control inbound logistics costs as per Target

- Achieve Logistics Quality PPM rating as per target by working with Vendors, Logistics Service providers

- Provide confirmations for short term requirements to Supply Chain Team

- Maintain build relationship with Vendors.

- Maintaining SAP master Data and MRP, Purchasing related Static and Dynamic Data for better utilization of SAP in Traded Goods business.

- Build in good material planning processes

- Implement Fit For Quality for in bound supply chain for Traded Goods. Also drive implementation within Department for FFQ for Axiom responsible for.

- Implement MOVE initiative in the responsible area for Waste elimination.

Drive Improvements in Materials Management activities for Traded Goods for better SAP Utilization.

B Com/Bsc/Dme + MBA/PGDBM (Materials Management) with experience of 4-6 years. Prior experience in the same funtion in MNC is desired.
