As a Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for :  Developing and implementing category strategy to support the category sales growth.  Executes the launch program for new products, brand building actions and strategies  Day to day management of category group including supervision, performance management, coaching, development and training needs.  Organizes and conducts frequent and timely reviews of plans to ensure that the brand(s) strategies are effectively and consistently implemented;  Design & Implement ATL and BTL and digital media campaigns as per business needs  Candidate profile  The candidate should be a management graduate from Tier 1 B school   Should have 4 - 6 years of experience of working the leading FMCG / Telecom / Ecommerce industry  Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.  Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.  Should have had hands-on experience on marketing launches, using marketing channels to create qualitative quantitative value for the brand
