The role offer a chance to join the organization at early stage and become big along with the organization.   Responsibilities :   - Hire and manage Interns / Junior team members  - Design, improve and maintain our social media presence   - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns   - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns   - Identify trends and insights in sector and for company, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights   - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies   - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests   - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points   Must have experience in :   - Content development and management   - Search Engine Optimization   - Social Media Optimization   - HTML Coding   - Web Hosting / Email Server management  High level of knowledge with   - Google Analytics   - Pay-per-click for Google, FB and other platforms  Good to have :   - Worked on some good project of your own   - Good verbal and written communication skills   - Written content for blogs or social media   - Google Adwords   Experience : 2-5 years
