Schneider Electric - Senior Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner - IIM/MDI/Symbiosis (12-15 yrs)
Mission :
- In constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies
- Steer the implementation of change management operations. Foster Talent Development initiatives & actions.

Organisation Development :
- Structure, Design, Build - Master high-performance solutions (cost, quality, time) to meet the Business need more specifically,
People Development :
- Manages the People aspect of the SPS in the industrial and project environment.
- Establish all the external contacts required for the development of the entity and the improvement of the Group's image
- Coordinates the resources / business needs within the framework of sales organisations, in particular Services
- Contribute to personal development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values)
- Steer the implementation of change management operations
- Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programmes are being correctly carried out around Group values
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes / MDI Gurgaon, Symbiosis, NMIMS etc
- 12 -15 years of experience
- Should have managed Performance Management Cycles, Merit Increase exercise.
- Exposure to Talent Management, Learning & Competency mapping
