Process Owner HR Services from On boarding to Exit Management

Key Process Owner for the Day 1 Orientation Program

- Owner to ensure the new joinees are taken through all the processes, policies and other related documents.all the material, tool & technology.

- Ensure that the all pre joining activities are carried out completely

- Ensure that the new joinee details are informed to the HRBP's well in advance to enable them to organize the Buddies.

- Closely work with the team for process standardisation with both Internal & external partners.

- Key SPOC for Transfer, Relocation and mobility aspects

- SPOC for the Rewards and Recognition for the Biz

- Coordinate the complete Exit process including the fulland final settlement of accounts.

- Before End of First 60 days on the job provide support & guidance and regular feedback from the manager / employee to ensure there are no issues in settling down.

- Before End of First 90 days on the Job provide guidance and feedback to the manager / employee to ensure continued success and to make plans for his or her future with the organization.

- Reports & Feedback Analysis for the Program and sharing the same with the stakeholders

Multitasking on Operational Activities:

- Policy Refresher session

- Employee Engagement Activities

- WESOP

- Document Management

- Direct engagement with leadership team

Qualification:

- Post Graduate in HR

- 8-10 years of experience

- People Handling/Team handling experience is a must

- Well versed with Factories compliance & Shop & establishment compliance

- Fair understanding of organization's structure & profile. Awareness on HR Policies & processes & compliance

- Understanding of the manufacturing practices
