Top Line Responsibility:   Orders and Sales: (40%):  - Build a follow for top line with Daily and Monthly reports analyzing the growth Vs Y-1, vs previous month, vs forecast, vs target  - Provide the information on due time for reporting.  - Understand the dynamics by activity (Core / cross), by segment, by geography, by client.  - Distinguish Volume vs Price, and develop trend analysis  - Analyse forecast process by collaborating with business leaders and logistics  Support Function Cost Responsibility (SFC): 30%:  - Prepare Monthly report analyzing the performance regarding SFC, reviewing SFC by nature, function and by activity.  - Prepare performance KPI (physical ratio) to monitor the improvement (sales effectiveness ratio, expenses per head)  - Analyse Pay-roll costs (headcount, salary evolution,)  - Analyse the process for booking & capturing of our expenses of SFC. Update the processes to ensure better control.   Business Controller: (30%)   - Establish and maintain a monthly reporting tool and dashboard to follow the business performance  - Assist operational teams in their interaction with Finance and in various processes such as BR, forecast...   - Follow up the execution of actions decided  - Support specific needs involving project   Qualification:  The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:  - Should be a CA / ICWA / MBA  Minimum working experience: 3-5 years post graduate / qualification experience with operational project business controlling experience. Project Controlling / performance measurement experience.  Profile:   - should evolve quickly in responsibility (evolution in 2 years) for a higher position.  - Excellent computer skills in MS Office (very strong skills in Excel)  - Exposure of working in an ERP environment - SAP experience is mandatory  Mobility: Job in Rudrapur.
