Responsibilities:  Identify and assess risks :  - Based on business process knowledge and inputs from IMC members   - Discuss with India Management Committee members (IMC)  - Decide priority of audit projects based on discussions with IMC  Support Global internal audit for transversal internal audits:  - Work with global internal audit team for APOD entity projects  Carry out an independent and objective appraisal of the effectiveness of policies, rules, and processes by which Financial resources are being managed  Plan/Organise/Carry out Internal Audit missions:  - Ensure Timely completion of IA process audits as per Audit plan  - Effectively managing and aligning with outsourced firm for designated assignments where an outsourced firm is being used  - Ensuring completion of yearly self-assessment activity by process owners on time  - Follow up and closure of open audit issues  - Set up and maintain a dashboard to track mission and open audit issues progress  - Periodic ICC Reporting to various forums as required  - Providing Internal Control trainings to process owners and junior team members.  Co-ordinate work with External Auditors:  - Discuss Audit Reports of External Auditors  - Common Areas of concerns  - Local legal requirements about IA report  Recommendations on the systems, processes being reviewed:  - Suggest recommendations to comply/prevent non compliances  Monitor management response & implementation:  - Monitor management response to final audit report  - Monitor Implementation of post audit actions  Review & report on management information  - Check Accuracy, Timelines, Relevance of the financial and other information provided to management  Supervise, coach and develop staff:  - Recruitment: Hire personnel for team  - Training, Induction, Coaching new joinees  - Mentoring team  Experience:  - 5-8 Years of experience in Internal Audit Function of reputed Corporate or Audit firm (BIG 4) in Projects Audit or Systems Audit  Education: Chartered Accountant
