Responsible for Core HR (Cornerstone- Learning) module globally for Schneider Electric (L3 level HR Functional Support).
Cornerstone Learning team is internally called as My Learning Link team which is responsible to animate, administer, support and manage the evolution of the product and its support system.
Responsible for all Level 3 Queries (Process & Tool). This position will Report to the Global ASAE Leader- HR Digital Services and will be based out of Bangalore, India.
Will act as the Primary Resolution Base for Unresolved Queries by L2 regional team from the functional perspective.
Analyze and develop global changes both in staging and production zones.
Will act as a Project Manager for Global Learning Projects including new release and features
Apply all global configuration in the system.
Manage tool upgrades from the functional point of view.
Monitor and improve effective usage of the system.
Conduct periodical audits and ensure 100% compliance of the system as per the global requirements.
Conduct trainings to internal stake holders regionally as per need.
Work closely with the Employer Branding team and help to improve the brand value of the organization.
Manage (Create, modify & schedule)Reporting module for MLL.
Connect and work closely with the internal & external stake holders such as HR users- HR & IT BPO's, L2 RSA & Regional SMEs, IT team, Cornerstone etc.
Responsible to iron out all open issues globally, hence Run and manage regular meetings such as fortnightly L2 team meetings (L2 Regional Sys Admins)
Should have Excellent communications with ability to communicate effectively with stake holders around the world. Prior experience of handling a global / regional role will be an add on.
Should have strong Functional expertise in Cornerstone- Learning Module
Should inherit a global thought process by which would be able to have a global approach towards any situation in the job
Should have experience in Managing Global projects
Strong in managing system Governance
Should be analytically strong to monitor and conduct system audits and manage compliance globally
Should have good MS Office skills (PPT, Projects, Excel, Visio)
Good Cornerstone Configuration experience
Total Experience- 10 to 15 years with relevant atleast 6-8 years
Education- Any Bachelor Degree. Candidates with strong HR functional background will be beneficial.
