Schneider Electric - Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Technology Domain (5-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- End -to -end Recruitment process for technology domain of Schneider electric India.
- Implement overall recruiting strategy
- Straterzise & manage sourcing effectively using all channels job boards,employee referrals,vendor partners,social media
- Partnering with the Campus hiring team, conducting & managing weekend drives.
- Finding new sources & avenues of recruiting
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
- Conduct & schedule interviews within scheduled timelines with the stakeholders
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Handling the process from offer negotiation to the On boarding the new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Implement recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders at Senior level.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making & negotiation skills.
- 5-7 years of Proven IT recruiting experience
- Preferably an engineering graduate with management degree
