Roles & Responsibility :

- Will be looking after Industrial Automation process for all automation projects for Schneider India plants & DCs.

- Will be responsible for industrial productivity projects, must have a strong experience in Industrial automation, like machine building, test bench development, robotics, pick & place, cycle time optimization etc.

- Will be responsible for conceptualization to implementation for all Automation projects along with the plant teams.

- Develop & trouble shoot automated & control systems from field elements up to operator interface & database.

- Responsible for different projects in Industrial 4.0 different tools IOT(Internet of things), RFIDs, bar code systems & other such tools and processes.

- Acts as a technical representative with clients, partners, vendors and sub-contractors.

- Provides periodic reviews and status updates to management and develops and maintains a team environment.

Qualification required :

- Engineering Graduate (Preferred Electrical/mechanical/Mechatronics) with approx. 15 Yrs experience in Industrial Automation process projects.

- Analytical skill, Good communication skills, dealing with external parties- Customers/Suppliers

Skills :

- Strong knowledge & experience of process instrumentation & control system.

- Knowledge & experience in data bases software like SQL, oracle etc.

- Understanding of programming languages like dot net, lab view etc.

- Good hands on experience on PLC/SCADA & PC based automation systems.

- Good knowledge on industrial communication protocol like Modbus ASII/RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, and ASI Bus

- Design & Engineering of PLC, MCC, IMCC & VFD Panels

- Should be well conversed with Energy management tools.

- Familiarity with electrical standards.

- Experience in Automated system networking technologies to PC networking technologies.

- Knowledge and familiarity on electrical standards.

- Experience in commissioning and startup of automated systems.

- Ability to trouble shoot automated and control system from field elements (Sensors and instruments) up through operator interface and database.

- Experience in SQL, MS Access or other related database.

- Experience in VB basic or .net programming.

- Knowledge or work experience in Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

- Knowledge in PC based automation with PCI Cards.

- Knowledge in PC based automation software like LabView or related software.

Hardware and Software :

- Experience in PLC from any good brands like Schneider (Modicon), Seimens, GE Fanuc,Rockwellis a must.

Experience in below mentioned products is an added advantage :

Experience with Schneider PLC software like :

- SoMachine

- UnityPro

- PL7 Pro

- TwidoSoft/ TwidoSuite

Experience with Schneider HMI software like :

- Vijeo Designer.

- Vijeo Designer Lite.

Experience Schneider SCADA software like :

- VijeoCitect .

Hardware :

Experience in below mentioned PLC hardware is an added advantage :

- PL7 PLC.

- M340 PLC, M580 ePAC, M258 PLC, M238 PLC

- Twido PLC

- Quantum PLC.

Experience in Schneider HMI :

- XBTGT series

- GTO series

- STU Series.

- Experience in Schneider Servos drives and VFD.

- Experience in Festo and SMC Pneumatic components.

- Experience in communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, DeviceNet is an added advantage.

- Experience in Telemecanique sensors.
