SBU Head/VP/CEO - FMCG (15-25 yrs)
- Should have managed 1000cr revenues with P&L in B2C market.
Establish a strong distribution network that can support Organisations vision of gaining highest market share in next 2-3 yrs
- Introduce innovative customer satisfaction initiatives that can differentiate Organisations offering with others and enhance CSAT scores
- Roll-out a comprehensive Exports strategy aimed at achieving 25% of revenue from international businesses
- Meet revenue and profitability objectives through new product design and development, distributor and customer management, competitive pricing, branding and marketing strategies. Introduce innovative schemes to manage profitability of all stake holders
- Drive strategies to optimize manufacturing capabilities, productivity and costs; ensure the highest standards of product and customer quality, through the creation and adherence to robust manufacturing and customer service processes
- Devise strategies to optimize costs in critical areas - inventor control, procurement, quality, manpower, logistics and administration
- Build a strong organization by attracting and retaining critical leaders and talent at all levels; empower and enable leaders to succeed through strong performance reviews and mentoring
- Ensure strong legal compliance and financial integrity in all work processes/ practices through robust reviews and appropriate checks-and-balances.
- Strengthen data, MIS and technology systems to bring greater accuracy and transparency to transactions
