SBICAP Securities - Assistant Manager - eFinance (2-5 yrs)
Essential Responsibilities
- Work on financial systems improvements. Provides on-going systems support to finance team.
- Helps report development for new reports and reports requiring revision.
- Develops functional specs and design for new enhancements.
- Monitors/schedules all system generated transactions during close cycle.
- Implements new financial applications by leading and/or participating in project management
- Work on Projects/Change Management involving Simplification and Automation Initiatives,
- Testing of all the System Changes to ensure correct accounting & reporting impacts,
- Work on cross functional projects and assess financial implications and ensure that accounting & reporting requirements are taken care off,
- Supporting eFinance Leader for strengthening Controllership Processes & other initiatives,
Qualifications/Requirements
- CA/MBA/CWA with 2 years' experience in Accounting Processes, System Implementations or Project executions,
- Having good knowledge about Accounting Concepts,
- High process orientation with intense desire to ensure no process lapses/gaps,
- Having good communication skills,
Desired Characteristics
- Experience of Oracle ERP and other integrated Systems/Subsystems like Vision Plus
- Project Management skills
- Strong analytical skill, Self-starter, keen learner, team worker and collaborative,
- Good at taking new initiatives for simplifications & automation of processes,
- General Ledger/Reporting Tool Implementation experience.
- Ability to Collaborate and Contribute to a Team Environment.
- IT experience.
