SBI Cards - AVP - Business Excellence (7-12 yrs)
- Job requires incumbent to manage high impact organizational projects which are cross functional in nature. A key priority would be to create business impact along with best in class metrics by analyzing opportunities. Coordinate with internal management and support functions in Continual Improvement initiatives.
- Review of Project Plans & CBA's for new Projects as well as Change Requests. Co-ordination on publication, review and sign-off of on major Project Management deliverables
- Ensure a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Business Excellence Managers - use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice
- Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
- Update and administer the programme plan as required using reports from Business Excellence Managers .Providing effective management support to project teams on medium to large sized projects.
- Support multiple Business Excellence initiatives e.g. new process, intervention in existing process etc
- Maintain project performance, key milestones and improvement measures on a regular basis.
- Monitor Project post implementation
- Continue to analyse and monitor progress of project for the respective units post implementation for a specific time.
- Assist in any post go live challenges for specific period and SLA adherence
- Publishing project impact reports and analysis
Core Management Committee and PPRC (Policy and process review committee):
The incumbent is responsible for the convening the core management committee.
- Amendments / improvements proposed by any Function/individual/committee which impact overall organizational goal, shall be evaluated and placed by BE team before core management committee with its recommendations.
- The incumbent will be responsible for closure of all the management committee items and measurement of impact.
Experience: 7-10 years
Candidates from Quality/Six Sigma background would be preferable.
Qualification: Post-graduation is a Must.
