Role Type : Contractual (for 1 year - subject to renewal for more terms)  Position : Senior Advisor for Analytics  No. of persons required : 01  On Contract for 1 year (subject to renewal for more terms) - SBICAP Securities Limited   Essential Job Requirements :   Education Candidates with full time PG Degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Econometrics/B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT /Electronics from a recognised University  Preference will be given to candidates with MBA/equivalent degree from any of the Top Institutes  Experience Relevant : Work experience of 10+ years in Business Intelligence and Analytics of which experience in BFSI (preferably Banking Industry) should be 5 years  Preference would be given to applicants who have worked in the following areas :  - Big Data Analytics  - To devise/construct campaigns based on analytics.  - Embedding Analytics into various Bank Processes  - Customer Segmentation and Life Cycle Management  - Analytics related to Cross-sell & Up sell  - Product Design & Pricing  - Performance Measurement  - Budgeting and Goal Setting  - Model creation/curation  Key Deliverables :  The selected candidate would essentially initiate, guide and provide insights to Analytics team of SBI from a leadership position. (The Analytics team in SBI has been working as a Centre of Excellence in taking Banks vision on Analytics for the last 3 years) :   - Big Data Analytics  - Risk and Operational Analytics  - Artificial Intelligence / Robotics/ Social Media  - Customer Life Cycle Management & Performance Management   - Developmental Activities through Experimentation  - Designing and building systems for organizing data, retrieval and analysis.  - Creating one-view of the customer's relationship across entities of the bank and affiliates.  - Designing and Implementation of Customer segmentation and behavioural models.  - Generating customer Insights to drive organizational strategy.  - Experience in cross-sell campaigns and next best product sales along with designing incentive programs for the sales and service staff.   - Running statistical modelling projects to improve efficiencies.  - Tracking the competition and developments in the analytics in the banking industry and suggest the improvements required to achieve the goal of centre of excellence.   - Designing a system to derive the ROE of various products   Desired Behavioural Skill set :   - Leadership  - Team Management   - Strive for Excellence and raise the bar  - Collaboration skills  - Ability to understand the Organisation Dynamics  - Vendor Management to bring in the best product and services  - Negotiation Skills  Age Preferably below 50 Years of age
