SBI Capital Securities - Real Estate Analyst

Role :

The real estate analyst would work closely with Product & Research Head and conduct the following activities:

- Understand the current real estate market and create forward looking outlook on the real estate markets

- Creation of view on micro-markets across selected centres

- Create of list of recommended projects

- Liaison with other departments and outside agencies to have best in class technology driven solutions to provide advisory.

- Liaison with market data aggregators and research reports providers

Desired Profile :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in real estate research in wealth management firms or real estate research firms e.g. JLL, Knightfrank etc.

- Experience in creating real estate view on 8 metros
