The Company : Our client is an advanced analytics company based out of Bangalore (India), Singapore, Switzerland and the US. They specialize in providing analytic solutions using cutting edge technology platforms. The client is in a space of growth and currently requires two senior 'Data Scientists' to join their team in Bangalore. This is a Full Time Position. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Lead Marketing mix, Pricing and Testing projects - Develop data models from scratch - Developing/presenting client ready decks. - Interact with clients on a regular basis - Need someone very good at verbal and written communication, should be willing to take complete ownership of projects. - Work on custom projects as per client needs. QUALIFICATIONS - Post graduate degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or related field - 5 + years of relevant experience (CPG/Retail preferably) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - should be able to manage clients and projects independently. - Strong problem solving skills - Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills - Well-organised, capable of handling several projects at a time while meeting deadlines - Skilled at Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with statistical analysis software such as SAS, SPSS or R a must.
