Description :  Dy.Manager - Audit is responsible for organizing and overseeing statutory audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.   Responsibilities :  He / She will be expected to perform any of the following tasks :  - Manage overall planning, coordination and execution of audit engagements.  - Produce reports highlighting issues and providing potential solutions.  - Active engagement with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the business.  - Develop effective business relationships with key stakeholders which should result in increased business opportunities.  - Lead and coach team and make sure the team delivers high quality work, as per the methodology, on time and budget.  - Coordination with the client staff to ensure timely completion of audits.  - Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients.  - Identifying issues for reporting in management letter and other management communications
