Designation : AVP/Sr. Manager - Life Sciences Advisory (Agri Input)  Location : Hyderabad  Reporting to : Vice President  Job Profile:  - To prepare business plans for agri business companies in the area of Seed, fertilizers, agri-chemicals, farm equipment (Agro-input).  - To prepare research agenda for seed and other input and to cross-link it with other sectors like food sectors.  - To prepare strategic plans for the donor funded projects in the area of Agro-input value chain development, sustainable development and nutrition focus.  - To carry out research and prepare periodical reports in various segments of Agro-input.  - To coordinate management development programs in the area of value chain management, business management and food retail management, conducted in association with Cornell University.  - To monitor sponsored research projects that are managed by Sathguru involving public and private institutions and generate periodic progress report relating to such projects.  - Support in providing process improvement, understanding and articulation of all types of consulting services, providing technical and managerial inputs to the team.  - Ensure project quality, develop recommendations, review deliverables; ensure successful project deadline achievement and client satisfaction .  - Providing guidance to the team and build team skills, liaison with team members and directors for project status.  Qualifications and qualities sought:  -	7 to 12 years experience in Strategic Consulting with knowledge in in Agri Input /life sciences practice.. Few years of research/industry experience preferred.   -	Academic qualification: Engineering or Bachelors in Science/with MBA from premium Business Schools Experience of leading client delivery, engagement execution and managing teams.  -	Strong capability to write, communicate, facilitate and present cogently and with high impact to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.  -	Strong analytical skills and perspective to deliver value adding insights to clients and develop reputation for thought leadership  -	Self-starter and high level of motivation and drive required for aggressively building a differentiated advisory practice
