Plan, initiate & implement the sales/revenue plan for the region which results in organizational growth

Would be accountable for :

Revenue Line

- Booking target

- Billing target

Business Development/Account Management

- Act on Lead generation.

- Proactive networking with the help of offering mapping.

- Proactive Proposal creation for specific opportunities.

- Enabling the organization to take decisions on specific opportunities.

- Ensure smooth selling cycle with proper coordination.

- Identify the decision makers and key influencers within each account and build solid relationships, to achieve mutual agreed strategic goals and develop a network of business relationships that will create added value for the customer and the company.

- Produce and implement a business plan for each account within the account portfolio, supporting strategic plans and ensuring consistency and commercial integrity of our approach/mandatory financial guidelines.

- Achieve revenue performance, account profitability, growth, cash management, DSO et. al for each of the accounts in the KAM portfolio against targets developed by the Head of Sales.

- Coordinate the cross-functional resources necessary for effective and efficient implementation of the agreed service to the customer.

- Identify customer needs and assure resolution of any problems/issues through providing appropriate customer support and using KA team to deliver necessary solutions.

- Hold regular business review meetings with the customer in order to review the agreed KPI's.

- Negotiate with the customer any new approved pricing structure, new pricing policy or any necessary price increase.

- Manage relationships with other functions to develop and manage the account (e.g. to ensure adherence to contract terms, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction and longevity of business relationships).
