Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in statistical modeling with relevant experience in big data and data mining
- Strong knowledge of econometrics, statistics and research methods
- Knowledge of SAS, SQL & Advanced Excel required
Advanced degree in a quantitative field required
Superior analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills with an ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear and compelling way
An optimistic and growth mindset with a tremendous will to win.
Should be able to function with minimum supervision with high sense of ownership.
Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support the international business.
Key Responsibilities :
Support and enable the Marketing Organization with actionable data driven insights and analytical solutions
Develop predictive models to target customers with Marketing offers
Leverage advanced segmentation techniques, such as Clustering and CHAID, to identify customer segments for cross sell offers or new product development/product penetration
Develop statistical models to identify profitable customer segments for portfolio enhancement, for example offering a specific benefit or value-add service.
Implement processes to drive data governance and implement quality controls - create and maintain documentation for all process specific tasks.
