Job Title Asst. Manager - Marketing  Reporting to Manager - Marketing  Location : Bangalore  Purpose of the Position:  - To lead the PR portfolio for the brand - alliances, activations, print, magazines, online/ blogs.   - To identify brand promotion avenues, conceptualize and execute national as well as city specific brand alliances and activations.   - To work on a special project on website refresh.  Specifications:  PR:  - Manage PR initiatives for the brand across platforms for enhanced visibility and brand recall  - Conceptualize and execute BTL events & integrations targeting the influencer set   - Liaise with agency/ partner to create annual PR calendar with clear ROI   - Handle product placements, PR shoots, seasonal PR releases in conjunction with partner magazines, print publications and online partners   - Monitor the brand coverage and make presentations on monthly basis   Brand Alliances and Activations:  - Handle end to end management of brand promotions, collaborations and tie-ups leading to effective ROI.   - Conceptualize and execute catchment/ city specific tie-ups leading to increased footfalls.   - Create customer centric offers on special occasions/ days in conjunction with internal stakeholders including stores.   - Focus on activations for existing customers as well as for new customer acquisition.   - Constantly evaluate brand promotion avenues - national/ local interest groups, clubs, corporates, other lifestyle brands for effective brand alliances  - Present monthly plans to the business justifying the association benefits and spends  Special Projects:  - Work on the website refresh project with the agency/ partner on-board.  Vendor Management :  - Effectively negotiate and influence key partners/ vendors for best rates and deals keeping business requirement in consideration.  MIS & Budgeting:  - Manage marketing related MIS and handle budgeting for respective marketing activities.   Key Result Areas:  - PR activities leading to high visibility amongst relevant set   - New customer acquisition and build stickiness for existing customer base  - Marketing initiatives leading to enhanced brand awareness as well as business ROI  Functional Competencies:  - Comprehensive understanding of the PR space and influencer marketing  - Hands on with on-ground activations and brand tie-ups  - High on ideation and superlative execution  - Strong business writing skills, communication and presentation skills  - Detail oriented  - Team player   - Behavioural competencies  - High energy levels  - Passion & drive for achievement  - Eye for details  - Proactiveness  Qualifications: Any degree with MBA  - Exposure PR, BTL activations, Tie-ups, Fashion/ Retail marketing
