SAR Group - Manager - Strategy - Livpure - IIM (2-5 yrs)
Summary of Position:
- To play a pivotal role in the Strategy team helping structure engagements, defining and executing principal analyses, and developing data-driven recommendations all while independently managing key engagement work streams.
As part of the team, the Manager will:
- Be a key contributor, helping solve complex and important business challenges.
- Identify and prioritize inorganic growth opportunities in collaboration with executive leadership and business managers
- Recognize and highlight risks and opportunities (qualitatively and quantitatively) associated with key business decisions. Present and defend assumptions to team members and decision makers.
- Facilitate strategic planning process, develop and analyse financial plans, and monitor progress through dashboards and scorecards for presentation to Executive Management Team.
- Advise and assist with the development of tactical roadmap, plans, and costing models that support the strategic objectives.
- Leads in the development and evaluation of statistical models and ad-hoc financial analysis of various strategic initiatives
- Develop project feasibility and business case development, matching projects to the strategic priorities of the Business
- Identify areas/potential projects where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction
- Act as a change agent to instill a process-driven culture throughout the organization.
- Manage and drive all aspects of inorganic partnership discussions and negotiations
- Track competitive developments & industry trends.
- Strategic question resolution - work with business leads to identify, resolve, and track key issue resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications: MBA - IIM
Preferred/Additional Qualifications: MBA- Business Analytics
Minimum Experience: 2 - 5 years
Industry preference: Electronics, Consumer Durables
