We have an opportunity for a SAP Presales and Solutioning Manager for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description

Role : SAP Presales and Solutioning Manager

Work location : Bangalore/Mumbai

- 15+ yrs of SAP delivery and Pre-sales experience

- Should have led large teams ( 20+) for SAP Pre-sales support and solutioning

- Worked on different types of end to end SAP projects and awareness about project lifecycle for SAP Implementations, rollout, Upgrade, migration and application maintenance engagements

- Performed client facing roles in Europe/ US geography

- Managed medium to large team sizes and well versed in Onshore-offshore delivery models

- Personally led a large bid (at least USD 5-10 Million) from start to finish and conversant with RFP responses

Primary Skill:

- SAP Functional modules (multiple module experience is highly desired)

Responsibilities:

- The job position will be responsible For providing high-quality bids on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, solution architects, CoEs, delivery teams, sales team, legal teams, financial teams etc. primarily in Application services (SAP)

- Managing a team of Solution experts. As their manager, the position will require people management responsibilities such as work allocation, career development as well as managerial responsibilities such as internal stakeholder management & reporting.

- The complete cycle from initiation to decision may include understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.

- Work collaboratively with onshore team, at times taking leadership and at times in supporting roles depending upon the bid situation.

- Participate r drive Internal Reviews and Client Orals

- Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) across functional areas and create proposal content accordingly.

- Working with vendors & partners, delivery partners etc. towards completing RFP responses & other sales support documents.

- Manage communication with all the offshore and onshore stakeholders on all financial and pricing aspects of the deal including the deal profit and loss, pricing, capital investment, cash flow and all necessary approvals.

- Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards.

- Build/ Validate / cross verify the overall solution / deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales winning strategy

Competencies:

- Interpretive skills, Analytically minded, Proven interpersonal skill

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

- Ability to understand and communicate the essence of financial statements, budgets and cash flow forecasts.

- Apply major elements of financial management to create deal structure

- Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to gather, organize, interpret and collate data from multiple sources.

- Excellent project management and time management skills use these skills to determine the time required to complete bids and develop realistic work plans.

- Motivate the tendering team to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

- Be able to effectively manage across functional and organizational lines in a "dotted" line relationship Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to effectively address client issues

- Use persuasiveness and influencing skills with internal teams to achieve pursuit objectives

- Competitive spirit - A winning 'can-do' attitude

- Use diplomacy and finesse across multiple internal business units to sell the overall pursuit objectives and ensure cooperation from the global team
