Office Manager   Global CoE, Database Services, Pune is looking for Office Manager for their Team.   Location - Pune   Expectations:  - Carry out variety of roles including following:  Vendor Management:  - Effective management of Third Party vendors, relationship building with vendors.   - Continuous tracking of PO dates, validity of work orders   Financial Activity:  - Helping with Month End/ Quarter End Closing activities Complete all closing activities successfully and on time   - Time entry for all consultants in CATSXT/ZACT   - Effective co-ordination with all Financial Administrators for staffing consultants in ISP   - Regular follow-up with consultants for time entry   - Management of facility on 24x7 basis.  Facility Management:  - Ensuring smooth running of operations, interaction with all facility vendors, housekeeping staff, ensuring all IT equipment servicing is carried out, timely procurement of assets   Logistics Management:  - Ensure timely management of all travel logistics including ticketing for employees and contractors.  - Good negotiation on all bookings - airfare, hotel, office appliances and equipment.   - Co-ordinate with Magarpatta / CBRE personnel, other vendors for office supplies  Reporting:  - Good with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint  - Generate regular MIS reports for management  Work Experience:  - Relevant experience of at least 6 to 10 years in Information Technology company   - Total IT experience up to 10 years  - Good written and verbal communication skills must  - Any graduate, MBA preferred  - Work experience with 24x7 setup   - Good written and verbal communication skills  - Good team player  - Ability to do multi-tasking   - Flexibility to put in long work hours   - Prior experience in services setup preferred
