SAP HR Consultant (8-15 yrs)
Designation: SAP HR Consultant
Experience: 8- 14 Years
Project Location: Guwahati
Base Location: Anywhere in India (According to your preference)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Skill required is ESS Recruitment SAP environment: ECC-6 (EHP-3 & EHP 4 Packages) Should have ability to set up SAP E-Recruiting architecture
- End to end Functional process mapping and Configuration of recruitment
- Ability to manage RFC connections.
- Must have working knowledge with TREX & ADS.
- Must have knowledge to maintain Special User & Role Administration in E-Recruiting Must have Business partner concept knowledge.
- Must have knowledge on Business Partner concept.
- End to end Functional process mapping and Configuration of recruitment
- Must have knowledge on Deciding Workflows design
- Must have knowledge on user interface on the Portal (ESS, MSS)
- Should have ability to Co ordinate with application vendors and support users.
- Should have ability to provide training and continuous support to the business users. Excellent Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills, Interpersonal & Communication Skills. Knowledge on ABAP HR & SAP Queries & Succession planning is added advantage.
