SAP GRC Consultant (Risk Management or Process Control  Exp : 4 - 10 years  Roles and responsibilities : Required Experience :   - Good Understanding/working experience of ERP and SAP Business Processes.   - Risk Management 10.1  - End to end Implementation or support Experience in SAP GRC Risk Management  - Good understanding of the overall business flow & Business process cycles like O2C or P2P etc.  - Defining master data for risk management like Risk catalog, activity hierarchy, drivers & impacts  - Defining Probability levels, impact levels and scores  - Configuring Automated & Manual KRIs  - Creation of risks and assigning them to the organisation  - Assigning KRIs to the risk  - Performing Risk Analysis & Creation of responses  - Creating scenario, montecarlo simulation  - Configure incidents  - Scheduling planners like risk survey, activity survey, risk consolidation, etc.  Desired Experience :  - Process Control 10.1  - Creation of Organization Structure & hierarchy  - Creation of regulations and their requirements  - Setting up Business process hierarchy  - Performing assessment for controls like design, effectiveness and self-assessment  - Creating data source business rule and mapping them to the relevant controls in order to do automated monitoring for the same.  - Configuring policy repository  - Creating surveys like control design assessment, control effectiveness, subprocess design assessment, policy survey, policy quiz, policy acknowledgement, etc.  - Audit Management  - Knowledge of SAP Audit Management 1.1  - Added Advantage: CA / CISA/CRISC certified.  - Good communication and soft skills.
