SAP GRC Access Controls Manager - ITES

A leading ITES client of ours is looking for a SAP GRC Access Controls Delivery Manager to be based in Bangalore. Please find below the Job Description for your perusal.

Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP Security and / or Internal Audit / Risk Management of which at least 5+ years in SAP GRC / Security

- Experience in SAP ECC or R/3 application security design and implementation: ECC, BI, SRM, CRM, SCM and SAP Security authorization concepts across SAP components

- Technical expertise in SAP's GRC Access Control 10 - Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Business Role Management (BRM) modules and best practices in streamlining processes post implementation.

- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining operational excellence and advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards

- Ability to assess complex governance requirements and provide the client with leading practice recommendations of governance as it relates to SAP Security, Segregation of Duties, Role Management, and Super User Access

- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work and manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.

- Hire, coach, provide training to the access controls resources and maintain a motivated workforce.
