SAP applications and services enable customers to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and grow sustainably.  Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks  Finance Presales Expert/Specialist will provide the Finance solution expert support and act as the main expert for the overall solution architecture being proposed to the customer. He will lead the positioning of SAP Solutions and unique value proposition it brings to customers in Finance. He will act as the expert who accelerates and expands the deals bringing in the Finance/ office of the CFO big picture thus contributing to revenue and elevating SAP's leadership position in Finance segment.  - Area 1: Deep experience in business processes relevant for Finance. These typically would be spanning across Finance accounting, Management accounting, Business planning and budgeting, treasury, risk and compliance, audit etc. He should have understanding of IT solutions which typically get deployed in these functions and how these solutions play a role in driving efficiency and business process excellence.  - Area 2: Understanding of SAP Portfolio of Finance solutions would be a required skillset for this position. SAP Finance Accounting, SAP Simple Finance, SAP treasury, SAP S/4HANA, BPC, GRC, Fraud Management are the solutions in SAP portfolio of Finance solutions and the candidate should have an understanding of these, with deeper expertise in a few topics.  - Area 3: Act as key expert in SAP's Finance solutions portfolio and interface with office of the CFO solution and product management, Global and Regional solution experts and colleagues, and field sales organizations to oversee, influence and track the execution of key field sales priorities. Contribute to the Account Planning activities and identify opportunities which contribute towards incremental pipeline of opportunities.  - Area 4: Assume a leadership role in devising solutions strategies in targeted sales cycles; drive Finance credibility to influence the markets opinion of SAP's solutions offerings. Act as trusted advisor for customers; role model SAP's values. Help customers become best run businesses in their Finance.  Experience & Language Requirements  - Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations OR consulting company and with a demonstrated expertise in Finance domain around IT solutions (e.g. through Finance CoE set-up, IT organization or process champion in an Finance company, Solution Management, Consulting or Business Development roles). SAP product experience and/or prior relevant Finance/solutions experience. Viewed as Finance solutions expert across SAP. Proven track record of success in the selected Finance area. Customer facing experience. Fluency in English, any other language an asset.  - Total experience of minimum 7-15 years with presales experience in the financial solutions space.  Education  A qualified Charted Accountant  Work Location  Mumbai or Delhi
