Our Client, a leading IT MNC in Bangalore is looking for SAP Delivery Head - Lifesciences.

Role: SAP Delivery Head

Work Location : Bangalore

Job Description:

- Leading project teams to deliver end to end SAP project assignments successfully

- Lead the planning and implementation of SAP projects

- Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones and deliverables

- Allocate and define project tasks and resource requirements

- Manage project budget, revenue, margin and overall financial performance

- Manage project resource allocation, team management and motivation

- Plan and schedule project timelines

- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

- Provide direction and support to project team

- Manage Client relationship

- Ensure Quality assurance

- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

- Evaluate and assess Project outcomes and results

Desired Profile:

Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years

Work Location: Bangalore

- Relevant leadership experience of approx. 5 years for similar scale, diversity and complexity and overall experience of 15+ years

- Experience of delivering at least two end-to-end SAP projects

- Strong solution content on one or more of SAP modules

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work well in teams and being a good individual as well as team player

- Commercial and business acumen

- Must possess drive and energy to take new challenges and flexible to work and travel abroad

- Work experience in Life Sciences domain is a plus
