Job Description SAP CRM for Utilities:Chennai or Noida  - SAP CRM for Utilities consultant with minimum 6 to 8 years of Utilities specific experience.  - Should have minimum 8-10 years of Utilities Domain experience in one of the following Utility services; viz.: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewerage  - Minimum of 1-2 no. of E2E Implementation experience in CRM with strong integration of IS-U Customer service (BBP, Configuration, Realization, Testing and Go-Live).  - Should have hands on experience in integration SAP CRM with SAP IS-Utilities system. For example: SAP CRM Master data, CRM contract management process framework, Middleware, MDT (Master Data Template), Product Master, Pricing etc.  - Should have hands on experience in handling customer segmentation data.  - Should have good communication skills.  - Should have worked independently and played at least 3 years of customer facing role.  - Should have worked with Europe or US customers.  - Should have experience in proposing solutions, estimating efforts required, building proposals and supporting proposal defence.  - Must be good at root cause analysis, debugging, IDOC monitoring and debugging in CRM 7.0 environment.
