Role- SAP CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Job Title- Project/Team Lead

Area- SAP CRM

Industry Experience- 7+ years

Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.

Requirements-

- Minimum six years of progressive SAP CRM implementation/support experience across several industry verticals with at least two full-lifecycle CRM implementations.

- Additional ECC & BW/BI experience is a plus.

Functional: -

- Previous functional knowhow/hands on experience in the CRM Order Lifecycle Management,

CRM Marketing campaign management/TPM/Loyalty, CRM Service, Interaction Center Sales & Service.

- Ability to handle all standard CRM functionality as per scope.

Technical: -

- Technical - ABAP/OO, Objects: Business Partners, Account + Contacts, One Order Framework, BAPIs, Middleware, BDocs.

- Expert in SAP CRM UI, BOL / GENIL Architecture, BSP, OO programming, Web services.

- Good Debugging/Trouble shooting skills.

- Expertise in configuration, development and maintenance of SAP Business workflow, events and business objects.

- Additional Webdynpro, ALE Idoc is a plus.

Responsibilities-

- Align with development team and track functional leads on integration business issues.

- Understand integration points between other SAP modules & 3rd party applications, build & maintain such integrators.

- Show strong capabilities in consultative approach to handling clients & ability to effectively communicate recommendations for correction and improvement.

- Apply good communication & presentation skills for pre-sales and consulting opportunities.
