SAP CRM Sales/Service Principle Consultant - Big 4

SAP CRM Principal Consultant

- A minimum of 8.0 years experience, specifically with CRM Sales on CRM 2007/7.0 release.

- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to work with business teams to gather and understand detail requirements that support their business in order to design and configure a solution.

- Experience with at least 2 full cycle CRM Sales implementation experience .

- Must be proficient in: Master Data, base customization, SAP CRM Sales and SAP CRM Service, .

- Must have worked in IS - Utilities / IS - Telecom

- Must be well versed in with Web UI customization

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with Interaction Center or Internet Sales is a plus.

- General proficiency in SAP SD is desired

- Configuration, design and customization knowledge of CRM Business Roles.

- Have experience with domestic clients.
