SAP Consultant - SAP FICO/PP/MM/SD

Job Title (Internal/External) : Senior Consultant

Essentials :

Background :

The incumbent should be able to lead a group and provide directions and strategies to growing the firm's SAP footprint and be an advisor to the CIO/CTO community of large enterprises in India

Job Role :

Key Activities / Responsibilities :

- Deliver the SAP FICO/PP/MM/SD projects

- Participate in designing the SAP FICO/PP/MM/SD solution for the customers

- Prepare functional specification for customization and Z developments

- Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders

- Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization

- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training IT Risk and Assurance professionals

- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all staff

- Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development.for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management

- Supervise financial management of engagements to deliver value to clients and to the firm.

- Proficiency in English

- Preferred : CA/ICWA/MBA,

- SAP Certified would be advantage

- Experience in SAP Finance accounting including Taxation, good integration knowledge between MM/SD/PS.

- Knowledge in controlling (Product Costing/COPA) will be preferred.

Experience :

- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top tier Global System Integrator having relevant experience as a SAP FICO/PP/MM/SD professional

- At least 3 SAP implementation experience (Full life cycle of Implementation)
