SAP Client Engagement/Delivery Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build competency in the area of SAP

- Support pre-sales for sales pursuits – solutioning, estimations, proposals, client presentations

- Manage technology community for SAP

- Project Management : ensure margins, schedules are ahead of budget

- Client Management : ensure high OTACE/ Client Satisfaction Score

- People management : ensure high retention

Required Skills:

- Experience in managing competencies – SAP

- End-to-end delivery and project management experience

- Well-versed with tools and methods for delivery and pre-sales

- Client facing, people management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Has commercial and business acumen

- Has worked with Indian clients

- No travel constraints – long or short term"

Experience: 13+ years

Location : Bangalore

- Domestic/Middle East experience is Must.
