MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for a SAP Basis/Netweaver Solution Architect

Technology Experience

8 - 10 yrs of SAP consulting experience with at least 2-3 end to end implementations, template roll out, production support & upgrade/enhancement/Migration projects.

Candidate should have managed/be able to manage team of 8-10 resources with multiple engagements.

Strong client facing experience on large engagement as a Lead

Implementation/Rollout experience in ECC 6.0,Implementation experience in at least 2 of (SRM/CRM/SCM)

Knowledge on Dual maintenance/Change Management strategy during Upgrade, Upgrade Project Planning - Includes determining an upgrade strategy, Upgrade Approaches, Sizing Knowledge, Knowledge on Solution Manager

Worked on Upgrade and Migration projects.

Experience in system refreshes, Experience in applying enhancement packages, Experience in installing and configuring Solution Manager

Excellent experience in client interactions to understand their requirement and to architect/propose a HANA solution & roadmap to yield maximum ROI for the client

In-depth understanding of HANA Architecture, various editions of SAP HANA, data replication tools like Sybase and SLT and use cases of HANA

Should have project management background with accreditation to project management bodies like PMP/Prince2 is added advantage

Good knowledge of ASAP methodologies

Should be ready for short-midterm travel on short notice

Should have clear understanding on pre-sales activities and should have lead at least 2-3 RFPs/estimation pursuits.

Good communication and customer interfacing skills

Incisive analytical and problem solving skills

Good team player with presentation skills

Flair for learning new technologies

Good academic record
