Sandvik - Business Controller (8-12 yrs)
Sandvik India is looking for: Business Controller
Location: Hosur,India
The Role:
- Monitoring, guiding, controlling PU activities from financial implication perspective and analyze the risk of decision within given framework of Sandvik Finance.
- Accurate and concise financial performance with MIS reports, Budget & Variance analysis.
Key Performance Areas:
Functional :
Controlling:
- Group reporting as per the timeline.
- Financial forecast & monitoring & Variance Analysis
- Net Working Capital monitoring & control
- Drive Step change implementation for cost reduction
- Fixed Asset verification
- Internal & external audits outcome closure,
- Costing support along with standard cost updation
- SLA review with finance (supplier payments, DSO, L/Cs, ageing analysis). C Forms collection, sales tax and excise returns / claims / liassoning, MIS reports (esp. material cost marketing v purchase)
- Responsible for Account Payables
- Support to other departments in monitoring & controlling of Fixed Assets / Expense budgets (fortnightly). Financial approvals for IARs.
- Statutory Compliance in coordination with Central Finance.
Managerial :
- Team building
- Delegation of non-critical jobs
- Monitoring team performance
- Supporting PU head in establishing & review of KPIs for management team
- Annual budgeting for manning, investment and profitability (through TRP process)
Cross Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute processes keeping in mind Sandvik's Core Values
- Responsible for Driving Lean Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Successful implementation of SMT Business System-version 2
Your Profile:
- 8 to 12 years of experience as Business Controller preferably in manufacturing sector
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA finance
- ERP Knowledge is mandatory, Advanced excel knowledge will be desirable
- Proficiency in MS office
