Business Development & Operations Managers Responsibilities:

- Manage 5 to 10 Sanchayan Area Managers

- Train & Guide Area Managers to deliver results

- Educate retailers and their staff about Sanchayan and financial products

- Lead customer education and marketing efforts leading to customer enrolment

- Guide customers to support team (CRM team)

- Stay updated about financial inclusion and services

- Report to COO

Eligibility:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience for any job position

- Exceptional candidates only

- We don’t offer pure office jobs. Minimum 50% field work is required from everyone including CEO of Sanchayan.

- Educational Qualifications should match job applied for (Example: Candidate applying for “HR Manager” should be a HR graduate)

- Hindi and English language skills must

- Smart in interacting with people (high level of interaction with retailers, customers & team members)

- Travel across Delhi/NCR slums (travel outside Delhi/NCR not required right now)

- Female candidates would be given preference

Job Location:

- Interested candidates may note that working location would be anywhere across Delhi.

- Office timings would be 9:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays would be off)

Other Details:

- Probation for 2 month period.

- 7-day induction and on-the-job training would be provided on joining.

- Remuneration would be highly competitive as per financial industry standards

- Candidates are strictly advised not to call anyone from Sanchayan or else they are liable to get rejected
