Person should be a go-getter and have a high say-do ratio!   Employee Relations & engagement :   - Work with the Business leadership team to establish a people agenda that support business plans and drives employee engagement.   - Based on regular employee interactions, propose and drive initiatives and changes within the organization.  - Understand the employee pulse and execute actions based on the insights   - Driving multiple internal communication initiatives towards an informed and engaged organization   - Employee grievance management   - Responsible for people processes, HR Metrics and analysis   Talent Management :   - Drive people agenda with the business ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver on the recurring people management requirements.   - Improve manager effectiveness to align with the business requirements.   - Actively coach and influence to improve the culture and working environment in the organization   - Collaborate with the L&D team on development initiatives and OD interventions   - Enhance the effectiveness of performance discussions between supervisors and employees   Leadership Interaction & coaching :  - Work closely with the leadership on organisation related imperatives.   - Be an effective sounding board and subject matter expert.
