Recruitment :   - Attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings.   - The goal is to attract top talent, gain competitive advantage and fuel Company's growth.   - Be responsible for University relations & campus engagement  Responsibilities :   - Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives   - Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards / Job Portals / Social Media Sites   - Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.   - Screen candidates resumes and job applications   - Conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates   - Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes   - Maintain necessary reports and database as required to function effectively.  - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process   - Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research  - Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.  - Experience is Campus hiring   Requirements :   - 2-4 years of Proven recruiting experience preferably in HW domain  - Understands technology, technical roles and technical skills.   - Hands on experience with various selection processes ( In person /Phone interviewing, reference check etc.)   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
